Secret Restaurant

We had a very lovely night. Starters playing with hot/cold contrasts in a toasty yurt, lavishly furnished (not at all homespun) and lit with little Turkish glass lantern in pretty colours. All very cosy.

Then dinner in the surprisingly spacious dining room in Florence House – lovely, rich flavours, delicate morsels, nothing too chunky or overbearing. The pudding may have been a little too sweet, but I think my senses were simply saturated at that point.
